Password Self Service – Help

If you have forgotten your password, you can receive help if you have an email account and challenge date on file. If there is no challenge date on file, contact your system administrator.


  1. Fill in the District/District # and Operator/User ID fields on the login page and click the “I forgot my password” link to request a temporary password.
  2. You will be asked to provide the challenge date on file to confirm your identity. You have a limited number of tries to enter the correct date before your account is disabled. You will then need to contact your system administrator.
  3. Once you have entered the correct date, a temporary password will be sent to the email account on file.
  4. When you login with that password, you will be prompted to change your password.
